OPEN VOLUNTEER POSITIONS!!
CONCESSIONS CREW: This position(s) involves coordinating the FMW Fintastics Cafe during all of our home meets including food purchasing, preparation and sales. It is a big task, however, one that is manageable (and fun!) with a few friends. Taking on this job fulfills your family's volunteer obligation for the season. Sales made from concessions each summer are an important part of our team's budget so work performed here is critical to our financial success. Please consider taking on this role. This position can be shared by a small group of friends.
HEAD TABLE WORKER - A MEETS: This job involves managing the table workers at our home A meets. You work closely with our Officials and Data Coordinator to ensure that time cards are processed properly and the meet is scored. If you've ever worked the tables at a meet, you will feel comfortable with this role. Plus, you get prime pool-side seating to watch the meet.
HEAD CLERK OF COURSE, A & B MEETS: Sometimes known as "Chief 8 & Under's Wrangler," this job involves working with other volunteers to make sure the swimmers are lined up properly before heading to the blocs. We are in search for 1 volunteer to oversee the A meets and 1 volunteer to oversee the B meets. A great job with a great view of the pool!
Once again, we are looking for more officials. Training is provided by NVSL, and specific dates are listed on the NVSL website. If interested, please contact Tara Gyenis at email@example.com.
